Speed That Holds the Schedule

The line forms at 5 – 15 m/min on dual 22 kW motors with K107 reducers. At the top of the range long highway contracts are covered quickly; at the lower end thick or hard material gets the torque it needs. The same line runs all four material groups from 2.4 to 4.0 mm, so schedule pressure never forces a material compromise.

Energy Saving by Design

Energy efficiency is a listed key selling point. The dual-motor drive distributes load evenly across the forming stations, the PLC matches motor speed to line demand instead of running components at a fixed rate, and the gear, bearing and K107 reducer layout keeps transmission losses low. The effect shows in power consumption per meter of guardrail produced.
