Production Sequence

Coil holder unwinds the strip and the leveling unit removes residual curvature.
15–18 forming stations progressively bend the strip into the W-profile.
Synchronized punching places mounting holes in line with strip speed.
Cr12 blade cuts each panel to length on the fly.
Finished panels stack at the discharge end for handling.
