Solar photovoltaic bracket roll forming machine with automated coil-to-bracket flow. 41x41-41x72 sections, 1.5-2.5mm galvanized, 10-15 m/min.

Product Description

HOPEX-PV Bracket

From coil load to finished bracket, this solar photovoltaic bracket roll forming machine runs as one automated sequence. Decoiling, levelling, servo feeding, punching, forming and cut-off are linked, so the operator manages the line from a single touch screen.

It produces 41×41, 41×52, 41×62 and 41×72 sections from galvanized strip 1.5–2.5 mm thick at 10–15 m/min. Consequently labour input stays low even as output scales.

Designed for workshops that want high bracket volume without a large operating crew.

Automation Features

  • Electric uncoiling — hydraulic expansion mandrel handles coil loading with powered payoff.
  • Servo feeding — positions strip automatically before each punch stroke.
  • Non-stop punching — dual reverse modules eliminate stop-start cycles.
  • Tracking cut-off — the circular saw follows line speed, no line halt for cutting.
  • Samkoon touch screen — length, punching and run mode set from one interface.
  • INVT inverter control — speed regulation across the forming drive.

The Operator Workflow

Setup begins at the touch screen, where target length and punching mode are entered. The 3-ton hydraulic decoiler then expands into the coil bore and feeds strip to the 5-roll leveller.

Afterwards, the process runs continuously. The servo feeder indexes material, the dual-module reverse punching unit forms holes, and the strip passes through 26 forming passes. Finally, the tracking circular saw cuts at lengths up to 6000 mm and finished brackets discharge onto two 3 m idler platforms.

Therefore routine operation is mainly monitoring and coil changeover rather than manual handling at each station.

Production Process Flow

Decoiler → 5-Roll Leveller → Servo Feeding → Non-Stop Reverse Punching → 26-Pass Roll Forming → Tracking Circular Saw → Output Platform

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. How many operators does the line need?

Routine running is managed from a single touch screen, with coil changeover being the main manual task. [需确认: 建议操作人数]

Q2. Is coil loading powered?

Yes. The decoiler uses a hydraulic expansion mandrel with electric uncoiling.

Q3. How is length set?

Target length is entered on the Samkoon touch screen and executed by the tracking circular saw.

Q4. Does the line stop between brackets?

No. Punching and cutting both track line motion, so forming continues.

Q5. Which control brands are used?

INVT inverter, Samkoon touch screen, Delixi / Chint low-voltage elements.

Q6. What is the rated output?

10–15 m/min including inline punching, for lengths up to 6000 mm.
