HOPEX-Mounting Bracket

Mounting brackets are only as good as their hole pattern. This solar panel mounting bracket roll forming machine punches inline with a servo dual-module reverse punching unit, so hole pitch stays uniform along every bracket.

The mill forms 41×41, 41×52, 41×62 and 41×72 sections from galvanized strip 1.5–2.5 mm thick at 10–15 m/min. Consequently brackets arrive on site ready to bolt, with no field drilling.

For manufacturers whose customers assemble arrays quickly and cannot tolerate misaligned holes.


Punching and Assembly Accuracy

  • Servo-positioned holes — the feeder indexes strip before each punch stroke.
  • Non-stop operation — dual reverse modules punch without halting the mill.

Why Inline Punching Changes Assembly

Off-line drilling introduces two problems. First, each handling step adds positional error. Second, batch drilling breaks the production rhythm.

This solar panel mounting bracket roll forming machine removes both. The servo feeder positions material, the reverse punching modules form holes while the strip advances, and the section then passes through 26 forming passes before a tracking circular saw cuts to length.

Moreover, the punching hydraulics run on a dedicated 11 KW × 2 pump station, separate from the 4 KW cutting station and 3 KW pressing station. Therefore punch force stays consistent even at maximum line speed.
