Product Description

HOPEX-Solar Bracket

The HOPEX solar bracket roll forming machine turns galvanized coil into finished, pre-punched brackets in one pass. It handles 1.5–2.5 mm strip and delivers 10–15 m/min, with sections of 41×41, 41×52, 41×62 and 41×72.

Because punching runs on a servo non-stop module, the mill never pauses for hole work. Therefore output stays predictable, and bracket manufacturers can plan throughput against firm line speed rather than interrupted cycles.

Built for bracket producers scaling up volume without adding secondary punching or cutting stations.

From Coil to Finished Bracket

Loading starts at a 3-ton hydraulic decoiler with electric uncoiling, accepting coils up to 1600 mm outer diameter. Next, a 5-roll leveller with 40Cr high-frequency quenched shafts flattens the strip.

The servo feeder then indexes material into the dual-module reverse punching unit. Afterwards the strip runs through 26 forming passes driven by two 18.5 KW K97 reducers, and a tracking circular saw cuts finished brackets up to 6000 mm. Finally, two 3 m idler roller platforms receive the output.

Consequently one operator team can run the full sequence with an installed capacity of about 95 KW.
