The HOPEX solar panel mounting structure roll forming machine produces the channel profiles that carry solar arrays. It forms 41×41, 41×52, 41×62 and 41×72 sections from galvanized strip 1.5–2.5 mm thick, running at 10–15 m/min with inline punching.

Moreover, this solar panel mounting structure machine merges decoiling, levelling, servo non-stop punching, 26-pass forming and tracking cut-off into one uninterrupted pass. Therefore mounting structure fabricators move from raw coil to finished, pre-punched channel without secondary handling.

Solar mounting structures depend on straight, accurately punched channel. Consequently this solar panel mounting structure roll forming machine is built around a cast iron housing frame with 26 forming passes, driven by two 18.5 KW K97 hard-tooth-surface reducers through a gearbox and couplings.

Main shafts measure φ80 mm after machining, in quenched and tempered 45# steel. Galvanized coil loads onto a 3-ton hydraulic decoiler, passes a 5-roll leveller, and the servo feeder positions strip for reverse punching. Then the profile enters the forming mill, and a circular saw performs tracking cut-off at lengths up to 6000 mm.

In addition, the complete line occupies 26 × 3 × 2 m with an installed capacity of approximately 95 KW.
